Originating from Thessaloniki, Thodoros holds a BA in Balkan Slavic and Oriental Studies and an MSc in International Relations from the University of Macedonia. In 2014, he received an MSc in Politics and Government in the European Union from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Thodoros currently holds the position of Project Manager at the South – East Europe programme of the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy – ELIAMEP, managing EU-funded research projects. He is also an active member of the Greek Energy Forum, where he manages and runs the Energy Academy, an educational programme for graduate students, researchers and young professionals, organized under the auspices of the European Union.

In the past, Thodoros worked for the Navarino Network, an NGO in Greece which holds educational and cultural events. As a project manager at the Navarino Network, he managed the Olympia Summer Academy, an annual, international, educational programme in Political Science and International Relations. Thodoros did a traineeship in the European Commission in DG Research and Innovation – RTD working on HORIZON 2020 and also at the Greek Permanent Representation to the EU working together with the Energy Attaché at the European Council. He also worked in the European Commission at the Executive Agency for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises – EASME on the ERASMUS for Young Entrepreneurs programme and at the DG Joint Research Center – JRC on the inter – institutional and international relations unit.
