As a Global Market Lead for Methanol Chain, Stergios is responsible for advancing global coverage and thought leadership for the methanol value chain, developing SPCI position, leading research into new markets, as well as driving industry engagement. With his professional career in energy and chemicals sectors since 2013, Stergios is passionate about putting the right information together and turning it to business intelligence.
Stergios received a MEng in Environmental Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace in Xanthi, Greece, in 2010, and earned his MSc in Energy, Environment Technology & Economics from City University, London, UK, in 2012.
Stergios is the President of the Greek Energy Forum and served as a committee member of Young Professionals Network of Energy Institute in their London brunch. Previously, he held senior and managerial roles with FC Business Intelligence Energy (currently Thompson Reuters Events) and Active Communications International, in their energy department.
