The Greek Energy Forum (GEF), after the successfully completion of the second event titled ”Exploration-Genesis”, is very pleased to announce the third and last part of the event series ”Exploration & Production 101”, titled ‘Upstream: Full Field Development’. On this third affair our guest speaker is Nick Zombos, Director of Portmant Management with a significant work experience in design, engineering & management roles on complex EPC, as well as offshore oil and gas exploration projects. 

This event is organised by the GEF and supported by the Cass Business School.

Our Speaker

Nick Zompos has worked as a Chartered Engineer for over 14 years in design, engineering & management roles on complex EPC, as well as offshore oil and gas exploration projects. His background being in structural engineering and his experience largely comprising of FPSO, Fixed Platforms, LNG terminals and plant projects with contractors such as Amec Technip, SBM Offshore and Mustang, working either as a Project Manager /Lead Engineer overseeing the engineering deliverables, co-ordinating with low cost engineering centres in India and acting as a reviewer on behalf of operators. At present he is working as a Lead Engineering Consultant for the Yamal LNG project responsible for the sea transport and the load out design of the pre-assembled modules. Nick is a Director and Shareholder of Portman Management an Oil & Gas engineering services provider a company based in the UAE.
